How do I get started?

1) Fill out the ‘Reseller Application’ below

2) We will create your account and send you logins (allow 12 hours for login delivery)

3) You will also receive a “Customer Sign Up” URL that is unique to you – and which you can share with your clients and advertise on your blog. See large image on the top of this page for a preview.

FAQ

Q: How much does it cost and how much do I make per client and month?
A: $19.95 /month – you make $9.95 a month on each new customer (unless you charge outside of the system)

Q: How do I get paid?
A: You will receive a check every month.

Q: How long does it take for my Reseller Account to be active?
A: We will send you a “Reseller Agreement” which you need to sign and scan or fax to us.

Q: Do I need to provide a Tax number for my Reseller account?
A: You do not need to provide a tax number.

Q:What is my campaign ID and URL to sign up customers
A: Please watch this short video to learn how to obtain your unique Customer Sign Up URL:

You have two campaign ID’s (and URL’s) that are unique to you. One ID for the yearly and one for the monthly package. Give this URL to your customers and use it on your website and blog to promote your Cloud package.

Log into your Cloud Admin Panel: https://www.on.expand2web.com/signIn and click on Campaigns – a new page will open with your URL and Campaign number.

Q: How can I move existing client sites to this server?
A: 1) Create a new install. 2) Click on “Code Access” in the Cloud Admin Panel to get your database and FTP information. 3) Follow this tutorial.

Q: What is my FTP and Database name and password for each install?
A: Log into your customer dashboard https://www.on.expand2web.com/signIn and click on the “Code Access” tab.

Q: Can I install other Themes and Plugins?
A: Absolutely, you can install your own theme and plugins.

Q: I bought my domain name somewhere else – How to point the name to this server?
A: Log into your Hosting Dashboard https://www.on.expand2web.com/signIn and click on “Settings -> Change Domain”. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Ideas on how use your Cloud Account

Option 1) Send all your clients and blog readers to your unique ‘Sign Up’ URL – Great for the DIY Clients.

Option 2) You sign up your client with your credit card – which allows you to charge your client outside of the system on a monthly bases whatever you want.

How to use the Template Code

Step 1) Copy/Paste the Page Code into a text editor of your choice (Notepad ++, Text Wrangler etc). Do not use MS Word to edit code it will add hidden formatting.

Step 2) Replace the Campaign ID for the monthly and yearly plan with your own Campaign ID.

2.1) Log into your Cloud Dashboard to get the Campaign ID https://www.on.expand2web.com/signIn

2.2) Add your Campaign ID to the Template

3) Change or delete the Email contact in the Template

4) Save the file with “.php” at the end. For example: customer-cloud.php

5) Upload file your hosting server and link to it from your website.

Optional 6) You can create a page template for your SmallBiz Theme based website.
